2 How to Cancel

Contact us at ops@hnlride.com. Cancellations must be confirmed by our team to be effective. The timestamp of your cancellation request (not our confirmation) is typically used to determine your refund tier. Final refund amounts are subject to booking confirmation terms.

3 Flight Disruptions

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed (2+ hours) and you provide documentation (airline notification or updated flight info), we will typically offer rescheduling at no extra charge or may provide a refund. Each case is reviewed individually, and the final resolution may depend on route, partner availability, and booking terms.

4 Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather or natural disasters that make safe transportation impossible, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and typically offer rescheduling or a partial-to-full refund depending on circumstances.

5 Partner Bookings (Neighbor Islands)

For services fulfilled by partner operators on neighbor islands, these cancellation guidelines generally apply. However, partner bookings may follow confirmed trip-specific terms, and refund processing may take up to 14 business days due to partner settlement timelines. Actual refund amounts for partner-fulfilled bookings are subject to final confirmation.

6 Modifications vs. Cancellations

Changing your pickup time or destination is not a cancellation. See our Terms of Service for modification policies.

7 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (direct bookings) or up to 14 business days (partner bookings). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
