1 Service Overview

MJX EXPRESS provides private car transfer and tour services across Hawaii. On Oahu, services are operated directly by MJX EXPRESS. On neighbor islands (Maui, Big Island, Kauai), services are fulfilled by vetted local transportation partners on behalf of MJX EXPRESS.

2 Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment via our secure payment system. A confirmation email with trip details will be sent within 24 hours. Pricing is confirmed at time of booking and will not change unless the customer requests modifications.

3 Service Modifications

Changes to pickup time, destination, or vehicle class may be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Contact us as early as possible to request changes.

4 Partner Fulfillment Disclosure

For services on neighbor islands, MJX EXPRESS engages vetted local transportation partners. While we select partners who meet our service standards, the direct service provider may differ from MJX EXPRESS. MJX EXPRESS remains your point of contact for all support and issue resolution.

5 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup information, flight details (for airport transfers), and be available at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

6 Limitation of Liability

MJX EXPRESS liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. For partner-fulfilled services, MJX EXPRESS will facilitate resolution but the partner bears direct operational liability.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

8 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

9 Right to Refuse Service

MJX EXPRESS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for safety reasons, including but not limited to: intoxicated or disruptive passengers, groups exceeding vehicle capacity, requests involving illegal activities, or behavior that endangers the driver or other passengers.

10 Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the quoted price and are entirely at the customer's discretion. Tips are appreciated but never required.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJX EXPRESS, its drivers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your negligent or wrongful conduct during service.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJX EXPRESS's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed flights, missed connections, or lost business opportunities.

13 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Small claims court actions in Honolulu may be brought without arbitration.

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Partner Fulfillment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MJX EXPRESS regarding our services.
