Service Agreement

By booking a ride with HNLRIDE (operated by MJX EXPRESS LLC), you agree to these terms.

Waiting Time Policy

Hotel/Address Pickup: 15 minutes free waiting time from scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may incur charges.
Airport Pickup: 60 minutes free waiting time from calculated pickup start time (landing time + buffer: Domestic +25min, International +45min).

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 36 hours before scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations under 36 hours may be charged up to 50% of the fare.
No-shows may be charged the full fare.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

Flight Delays & Traffic

We monitor flights for airport pickups. For drop-offs, we account for traffic but cannot guarantee against extraordinary delays due to weather, accidents, or road closures.

Liability

Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed flights, delays beyond our control, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the fare paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i.
