MJX EXPRESS directly operates all transportation services on Oahu. For neighbor islands (Maui, Big Island, Kauai), we partner with vetted local transportation providers to fulfill your booking.

2 How Partner Fulfillment Works

When you book a neighbor island service through MJX EXPRESS, we coordinate with a local partner to provide the transportation. Your booking, pricing, and service class are confirmed by MJX EXPRESS. The local partner provides the vehicle and driver.

3 Class-of-Service Commitment

When you book a specific service class (e.g., Economy Sedan, Business SUV), our partner will provide a vehicle that matches or exceeds that class specification. The exact vehicle make and model may vary, but the class level is guaranteed.

4 Pricing Guarantee

The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay. Partner costs are managed by MJX EXPRESS internally. There are no additional charges from the partner.

5 Partner Selection & Standards

• All partner operators are licensed and insured for commercial transportation in Hawaii
• Partners are selected based on vehicle quality, driver professionalism, safety record, and customer feedback
• We regularly review partner performance and maintain the right to change partners

6 Operator Disclosure

For partner-fulfilled bookings, your confirmation email will indicate that the service is fulfilled by a local partner. The partner company name and driver details will be provided before your pickup.

7 Support & Issue Resolution

MJX EXPRESS is your single point of contact for all bookings, including partner-fulfilled ones. If any issue arises during a partner-fulfilled service, contact us directly. We handle all communication with the partner and any necessary remediation.
